Big room, comfy bed. Loved it!

Great location

Great location, close to multiple bus and train stations. Breakfast was good, there were many options including fresh fruit and steamed buns and rice porridge. Staff was friendly, even though the front desk speaks English they let me practice my Mandarin.

For laundry they actually have to send it to a laundromat to get done and it's quite expensive so if you're staying for a while I'd recommend bringing soap and hand washing. Also, the wifi was very very spotty, I could rarely get a good connection.

We had a very pleasant stay during our time in Beijing! The staff were incredibly helpful and made our trip much easier – from booking restaurant reservations and touristic attractions to assisting us with a cancelled train, they truly went above and beyond. The breakfast was also a nice surprise, with some European options available, which we really appreciated. The room was a bit small and made it slightly difficult to open our large suitcases. Overall, we had a great experience and felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you!

There is a lot to like about this property. I visit Shanghai quite often and this is my first choice for a stay. The location is very convenient. The neighbourhood is fantastic and it is away from touristy hustle bustle of Nanjing Road, yet close enough to be accessed with convenience. This time somehow I loved it even more. Breakfast was fantastic as well. Staff is courteous and I just love the rooms there.

Nothing that I don’t like.

We stayed for 13 nights and communication was flawless (we're Mandarin speakers). Our room was always tidy and the bed comfortable. We took breakfasts half the time and it was a really good buffet with mixed Chinese (in majority) and Western cuisines. WIFI worked fine as well. Everything that was advertised was available (clean towels, hair dryer, electric kettle, tea&coffee bags, water bottles, shampoo, lotion...)

1. We had a small issue with payment at the end. We chose to split the bill in 2 i.e. paying after about 8 days but for some reason the staff got confused during checkout. It turned out ok but a bit stressful2. TV signal got some annoying interruption every now and then

Location was perfect, very close to Jiangsu Road metro station.

Breakfast should have more western items in the buffet. Omlettes and scrambled eggs were missing. Also, it can start at 6:30 instead of 07:00 for business travellers.

None of the staff spoke English, a big problem for tourists.

Good central location, comfortable clean room and a great breakfast. It was also nice that there was a gym that could be used.

It would have been nice to have known during the booking process that the room had no windows. The pictures should no windows but we assumed that the room would have windows as we didn’t read anything explicitly stating the contrary. The temperature control on the air conditioning was also defective.

Room clean and nice breakfast expecially the beef noodles. Really close to nice bars and shops.Receptionists have poor english but Always willing tò help

Very nice and central location at Jing´an, close to Jiangsu metro station and easy to leave by taxi/uber. The place is clean, the employees very helpful and the breakfast a good mix between Chinese and western. Very nice stay, I recommend and will go there again.

No swimming pool, but it was not really needed.

Pretty good location & affordable with spacious rooms.

The AC in our room was not working very well and we couldn’t sleep because it was so hot, but when we told the staff, the repairman said he went and looked at it and nothing is wrong with the AC. After having a back & forth for about 25 minutes the manager offered for us to move to a different room. I don’t think arguing with your customers amounts to good service.

The room had a lot of space, a nice modern furniture, was clean. People were really nice and willing to help. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast is good but served after 7am, which might be a bit late for people working that need to leave earlier to go take train or plane. It would be nice to be able to get even a quick breakfast from 6am

This is a heritage property and restored with modern facility. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy.You need to use your access card to use the lift while going up....but can use without if going down.The rooms are large, spacious and well stocked. The layout of the room itself was interesting.Bathroom/washroom was cleaned everyday.Linen was clean and changed everyday.Complementary water bottles (2x 1/2 liter) was replenished everyday.Coffee and tea sachet was replenished everyday.The buffet breakfast (included both western and chinese) was great and had a wide variety in terms of non-veg, veg, fresh fruit cuts, juices, coffee, milk and bakery items. You could also ask the chef to make a custom breakfast if you can speak Chinese.The staff were all very polite and helpful.The location was in midst of residential apartments and restaurants, so it was always easy to just walk and explore them.

Getting a Taxi if you are not having the Chinese Taxi app could be a cumbersome job, although the security personnel helped me everyday to catch one.

Hotel was great, suites were superb and the reception staff were helpful, although the language was a bit challenging. - Breakfast was excellent too

It's not a criticism, but the front desk staff don't really speak much English, so you really need to check Google Translate with them. They couldn't have been more helpful, but the language was a challenge - be prepared but don't be put off - the Ultra Sassy Suites were excellent.

The facilities are bit old, but clean.

The room was very spacious and clean. Bedding was comfortable. It is near to the high speed rail station.
